The yoghurt  and  the fresh  milk,   the yellow  cheese  made  of  cow's  and  sheep's 
milk "Sakarela" are produced from best-quality raw stuff derived from
demonstration farms.

To achieve the typical taste of real the Bulgarian yoghurt and fresh milk as well as
the well-known, traditional taste of Bulgarian yellow cheese, we use a classical
technology of production.
We work without admixtures and stabilizers and with modern Swiss
installations "MATOR".
